Research for technology in enterprise alliance intelligent manufacturing with resource collaboration

资源协同下的企业联盟智能制造技术研究

Abstract: Distributed network model in the global manufacturing is becoming an obvious trend. This paper presents enterprise resource collaborative model based on IMS(Intelligent Manufacturing System) to solve collaborative manufacturing among heterogeneous enterprises. Because of aggregation of enterprise resource the small world network is built which has a short length of characteristic path and evident attention of clustering. The small world networks can be described for units or procedures of enterprise. On this basis, resource route algorithms for enterprise alliance can be considered based on features of the network. In practical applications a collaborative model of the IMS is constructed under driver of orders’ attributions and multi-agent. This system adopts ant colony optimization algorithm in small world network for solving mechanism and route of enterprise alliance. Experimental results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the models and the approach.

摘要: 全球化制造中分布式网络化模式正逐渐成为一种趋势。为解决异构化企业协同智能制造的问题,提出一种基于IMS的企业资源协同模型,根据企业资源的聚集性构造具有特征路径短、聚类度大的小世界网络,将企业制造单元或生产工序构建成小世界网络。在此基础上,研究针对此网络特性进行企业联盟路径的生成算法。实际应用中在订单属性驱动和多节点Agent代理下,构建基于IMS的协同模型,为解决企业联盟机制和多任务企业资源路径问题,采用改进蚁群算法和在小世界网络下进行问题求解。通过仿真实验结果表明该模型和方法的有效性和正确性。
