Abstract: The characteristics of human resources Internet application system and the design method of REST-style Internet application system are researched. Following, the design method of REST-style human resources Internet application system is proposed and the prototype system is created to prove the feasibility of this method. Then the cache optimization scheme based on cache server is proposed for improving the whole performance of the system. The results of experiment show that the proposed cache optimization scheme can increase the loading speed, the first screen display speed and the resources retrieval speed and reduce the amount of data download form server.

摘要： 研究了人力资源类互联网应用系统的特点和基于REST风格的互联网应用系统设计方法，提出以REST架构构建人力资源类互联网应用系统的设计方法，并建立了原型系统，验证了该方法的可行性。提出了基于缓存服务器的缓存优化方案来提高系统的整体性能。实验结果表明，缓存优化方案提高了系统的加载速度、首屏显示速度和资源检索速度，降低了应用服务器的下载流量。
