Selection of inter-city railway network layout scheme and software development

Abstract: Considering characteristics of inter-city railway network layout and the benefits of planners, users, stakeholders and construction implementers, the evaluation index system is established. The definitions and calculation methods of indexes are given. The quantitative indexes are normalized by using efficacy coefficient method and their weights are calculated by using entropy method. After that, selection method of inter-city railway network layout scheme is introduced on the basis of SPA(Set Pair Analysis) principle and software is made by Qt. The feasibility of this method is verified with an example.

摘要: 根据城际铁路线网布局的特点,从规划者、使用者、相关者及工程实施者四方利益出发,考虑线网结构特征、可实施性、社会效益和其他相关因素的影响,建立评价指标体系并给出各指标具体定义和量化方法。采用功效分析法对指标进行归一化处理并采用熵值法确定各指标值权重,基于集对分析原理提出了城际铁路线网布局方案比选方法,运用Qt开发平台编制软件并通过算例验证了该方法的可行性。
