融合多种特征的传递函数快速设计框架

Abstract: The design of transfer function displaying a variety of structures simultaneously within volume data is a tedious, time-consuming and unpredictable process. To solve this problem, a framework is developed for rapid design of transfer function, which fuses a new complex transfer function with structural features of interest from multiple simple functions revealing single structure. The optimization and interaction of the framework are further studied. Experimental results demonstrate the method is fairly fast and effective.

摘要: 设计能同时显示体数据内的多种结构的传递函数是繁琐、耗时且无法预期的过程。为解决此问题,提出了由多个显示单一结构特征的传递函数出发,融合出新的复杂传递函数,能保留感兴趣结构特征的快速设计框架,对框架实现的最优化问题和交互性方面做了深入研究。实验结果验证了方法的快速性和有效性。
