Design of PID controller in electrical-hydraulic servo control system for steel strip deviation

带钢跑偏电液伺服控制系统的PID控制器设计

Abstract: The mathematical model of the electrical-hydraulic servo control system for steel strip deviation is established to control steel strip deviation, and the performance indexes in time domain are analyzed with MATLAB. Conventional PID controller and fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller are designed so that the performance of the system can achieve the design requirements. The simulation of the two methods shows that fuzzy self-adaptive PID control system than conventional PID control has better property dynamic and stabilization.

摘要: 为了对带钢卷取机的跑偏进行控制,建立带钢卷取机电液伺服跑偏控制系统的数学模型,并用MATLAB软件对此系统的时域性能指标进行分析。对系统采用常规PID控制器和模糊自适应PID控制器设计,使系统性能达到设计要求。对两种方法进行仿真,表明模糊自适应PID比常规PID控制系统有更好的动态性能和稳态特性。
