Abstract: A test model for CCD camera based on application is established in this paper, which is used to test CCD camera automatically. In the test model, major factors that influence the utilization of CCD camera are selected and classified into two classes, which can be named the usability factor and the reliability factor. Based on the analysis of factors, the testing approach and evaluation function are proposed. The comprehensive evaluation function of CCD camera can be formed with the evaluation function. Moreover, an?auto-testing framework for CCD camera is designed in this framework. The experimental results show that, with the proposed method, the test can be more efficient, accurate and comprehensive.

摘要: 建立了一个CCD相机自动测试模型,对CCD相机根据应用需求进行自动测试。根据应用环境分析了CCD相机的6个主要的影响因子,并分类为可用影响因子和可靠性影响因子;针对不同影响因子的特点,提出了具体的测试方法和算法,并建立了影响因子评价函数;根据因子评价函数,通过加权的方式建立了CCD相机的综合评价函数;模型还给出了CCD相机自动测试框架。实验结果表明,CCD相机自动测试技术能够有效减少测试时间,提高测试效率,降低测试复杂度,对CCD相机的测评更加全面和可信。
