Construction of human machine interface for xPC hardware-in-the-loop test platform

xPC技术的半实物仿真平台人机界面构建

Abstract: An inexpensive hardware-in-the-loop test platform for wind power generation may be built based on Matlab xPC technology. This paper develops real-time control window by using Visual C++ MFC frameworks to call the API functions of the xPC. The real-time graphic window is constructed at the same time where the dynamic status of the objects represented by the model is displayed, by using the combination of the xPC and the virtual reality technology. The constructed human machine interface not only improves the convenience in operation and easy to transplant, but also makes the test platform more realistic and visual. A test platform for wind-power generation equipment with friend interface is established, and the described method is confirmed by the experimental results.

摘要: 用Matlab中的xPC技术作为硬件在回路测试工具,可以构建出廉价的半实物仿真平台。利用Visual C++中的基本类库MFC构建的对话框界面来调用xPC中的API函数,开发出实时控制窗口,同时利用xPC技术和虚拟现实技术的结合,构建出能动态显示模型所代表对象的实时图形窗口。所构建的人机界面不仅增加了操作的方便性和可移植性,而且使得测试平台显得更加真实直观。通过基于xPC技术的风力发电半实物仿真平台人机界面的开发有效验证了上述方法。
