Decision analysis of logistics resources integration based on maximum utility of customer

基于客户效用最大的物流资源整合决策分析

Abstract: Logistics resources integration is a complicated system engineering, and also is the hot topic of logistics field. In order to solve the difficulty that each logistics subtask obtains the optimal logistics resources in the process of logistics resources integration, decision scheme on logistics resources integration is put forward by taking customer’ utility achieving maximum as the objective. In the scheme, production function of logistics service is constructed, decision model on logistics resources integration is established by taking customer’ utility achieving maximum as the objective, which makes time, cost, quality, service as the decision index. Maximizing deviations method is adopted to determine the weighted vector, sequence the decision scheme, and then the optimal scheme is obtained. A case of commercial vehicle distribution is employed to verify the decision model and solving method for the effectiveness and the validity.

摘要: 物流资源整合是一个复杂的系统工程,也是物流领域的热门话题。针对物流资源整合过程中每个物流子任务获取最佳物流资源困难的问题,提出了基于客户效用最大的物流资源整合决策方案。该方案以时间、成本、质量、服务为决策指标,构建了物流服务生产函数,建立了以客户效用最大化为目标的物流资源整合的决策模型,应用离差最大化法求出各决策指标的加权向量,并对决策方案排序进而求出最优方案,最后以一个商品车配送任务的物流资源整合为例验证了决策模型和求解方法的有效性和可行性。
