Research and implementation of ACIS interface for ZW3D CAD

Abstract: Some key issues are investigated in order to implement ACIS interface for the ZW3D CAD system, which include the issue of topological structure difference between the two systems due to their different descriptions for B-Rep information, the parametric domain inconsistence issue with geometry’s topology, and the problem of singularity point happening with some special models. Accordingly, practical solutions are proposed based on the investigation, and implemented well in practice.

摘要: 分析了在 ZW3D CAD系统中实现 ACIS数据交换接口所涉及的若干关键技术问题。其中包括ZW3D系统与ACIS几何内核中由于对B-Rep结构信息的不同描述而导致的拓扑异构、几何拓扑参数域不一致以及奇异点等问题,提出了相应的解决方法,应用于实际系统开发中。
