Abstract: For the realization of the re-development of the user-oriented client application system for PDM system，the technology of reusable components development based on the PDM database tables is proposed.The principle and key technology of the SQL.cfg file is introduced，which is used to integrate different PDM system.Based on the research and analysis of the PostPDM and it’s database tables，the general and special components are developed，which include the login control，the process management，the document management，et al.The main functions and integration methods of the components are described，and finally，the integration of the PDM with the Word，Excel and AutoCAD systems are demonstrated based on the components.

摘要： 为实现面向具体用户的PDM客户端应用系统的二次开发，提出基于PDM数据库表访问的通用组件开发技术。介绍了配置文件SQL.cfg的原理和关键技术，它是集成不同PDM系统的基础。结合某PostPDM系统及其数据库表的研究分析，设计开发出了一套通用组件和专用组件，实现了该PDM系统的权限管理、流程管理、文档管理等功能调用。介绍了该套组件的主要功能及其集成方法，示范了基于该套组件的Word、Excel、AutoCAD等应用软件的PDM客户端系统的集成开发。
