一种实现RapidIO用户态通信接口的改进方法

Abstract: This paper proposes a new method to realize RapidIO user-level communication interface based on Transparent Inter Process Communication(TIPC).Through the analysis of the characteristics of RapidIO message passing mode and the mechanism of bottom send and receive realization of TIPC,the data memory copy times of the sender and receiver are both reduced to one,which greatly expands the throughput and depresses the communication latency of RapidIO communication interface.

摘要: 提出了基于TIPC透明进程间通信协议实现RapidIO用户态通信接口的新方法。通过分析RapidIO消息传递模式的特点和TIPC底层发送-接收数据的实现机制,将发送端和接收端传输数据的内存拷贝次数均减少为一次,从而有效地提高了RapidIO通信接口的数据吞吐量,降低了通信延迟。介绍的实现方法有较强的工程应用价值。
