Function optimization based on immune clone with Baldwinian efficiency and periodically mutation

结合Baldwinian效应和周期变异的免疫函数优化

Abstract: In order to improve the search ability of the immune clone algorithm,a method with Baldwinian efficiency and periodically mutation is proposed based on immune mechanism and periodical evolution of organism.And receptor editing is used to ensure the antibody diversity for avoiding local optimal.The function optimization based experiments show that the algorithm has better effectiveness and rapid convergence.

摘要: 为了有效提高免疫克隆算法的搜索能力,借鉴生物免疫系统的Baldwinian效应及生物进化的周期性,提出了一种融入Baldwinian正向学习和周期变化变异算子的克隆优化方法,并使用受体编辑保证抗体的多样性,避免局部最优。通过函数测试问题对算法进行了仿真,结果表明,该算法具有较快的收敛速度和求解精度。
