Abstract: Recommendation technology is a key way to solve the problem of information overload.This paper presents an aggregating collaborative recommendation method based network cloud community.The method computes users recommendation preference cloud within network cloud community，and aggregates recommendation values among those network communities.On the basis of item cloud community，the proposed method alleviates the problem of new user cold-starting，enhancing the performance of recommendation.

摘要： 推荐技术是处理信息过载问题的关键技术之一。提出了基于网络云团的聚合协作推荐方法，利用云模型得到网络云团内的用户推荐偏好云，然后在网络云团间进行聚合协作推荐。在项目云团基础上，对推荐中的新用户冷启动问题进行了应用分析，提高了推荐的性能。
