Blind multi-user detection based on unscented particle filter in asynchronous CDMA system

异步CDMA系统中的无迹粒子滤波盲多用户检测

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of high bit error rate in blind multi-user detection in asynchronous CDMA system,according to the characteristics of unscented particle filter and asynchronous CDMA,blind multi-user detection methods are proposed based on unscented particle filter.The simulation is carried out under the flat Rayleigh fading channel and its results show that unscented particle filter can get higher detection accuracy than traditional particle filer.Under the condition of user number increasing and the power of interference user changing unscented particle filter still shows better performance.Therefore the method is prior to traditional particle filter in detection performance and anti-interference ability.

摘要: 针对异步CDMA系统盲多用户检测误码率较高的问题,通过分析Unscented 粒子滤波与异步CDMA系统特点,提出了在该背景下的基于Unscented 粒子滤波盲多用户检测方法,在平坦瑞利衰减信道下进行仿真。结果表明Unscented 粒子滤波与传统粒子滤波检测方法相比具有更高的检测精度,在用户数量增多以及干扰用户能量发生变化时仍能保持较好的检测精度,具有很强的检测稳定性和抗干扰能力。
