Abstract: A location-allocation model for large-scale emergency materials is established based on the characteristics of corresponding transshipment problem.A genetic algorithm,based on integer coding and embedded sub-algorithm of linear programming,is proposed to solve this model.Some numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the efficiencies of this model and algorithm.

摘要: 针对大规模应急物资联动调动的特点,建立了应急物资中转网点的定位-配给模型,通过分析模型的特点,设计了一种基于整数编码的遗传算法并利用嵌入运输问题线性规划子算法进行求解。通过算例验证了该模型与算法的有效性。
