Abstract: In order to make full use of the target information from ESM and AIS，the problem of ESM and AIS correlation is discussed in this paper and a statistical correlation algorithm for ESM and AIS is proposed.First，the data from ESM and AIS is preprocessed.Then，the correlation discriminate functions，decision-making rule and decision-making thresholds are given.Finally，the simulation results show that the algorithm has better effect of identification and facilitates engineering application.

摘要： 为了充分利用ESM与AIS的各种目标信息，研究了二者的航迹关联问题，提出了一种统计关联算法。首先，对ESM和AIS的数据进行数据预处理；然后，结合统计理论将ESM与AIS的关联问题转化为假设检验问题，给出了关联判别函数、决策规则及决策门限；最后，通过仿真表明所提出的算法关联效果较好，便于工程实现。
