Abstract: The design of technical architecture not only gives a topologic configuration in the complex system，but shows the relation between each component in the system.It plays an important role in designing，developing and implementing the whole system.The latter is based on the technical architecture about information system of railway passenger dedicated line.This paper focuses on this problem.According to the configuration of the architecture about dedicated passenger railway line，this paper discusses the designing principle about the business system，net communication platform，resource sharing platform etc，totally six aspects.Based on it，the uniform technical architecture about dedicated passenger railway line has been formed.

摘要： 复杂信息系统的总体架构不仅定义了系统的组织结构和拓扑结构，并且显示了系统需求和构成系统元素之间的关系，是系统设计的核心工作、并对研发和实施具有重要的指导意义。实现一流信息化水平的基础前提是打造一流的总体技术架构。对于这一问题进行了研究，依据总体架构的结构，依次对业务系统设计原则、统一通讯网络平台、资源共享平台等6个方面进行了具体阐述，构建了统一的客运专线信息系统总体技术架构。
