Abstract: With MATLAB as a programming language and developing environment,a reliability software is developed for the reliability researching of Wire Electrical Discharge Machining(WEDM) using MATLAB.This software includes constructing of system,extending reliability data,calculation of system reliability using traditional method,prediction and allocation reliability of system based on fuzzy theory,prediction and allocation reliability of system based on neural networks,et al.The practice has shown that the software can works well in the different needs of WEDM reliability researching.

摘要: 以MATLAB为编程语言和开发平台,开发了一个应用于电火花线切割机床可靠性研究的软件。该软件包括系统结构建立、可靠性数据扩充、传统方法计算系统可靠度、基于模糊理论的系统可靠性预计、分配以及基于神经网络的系统可靠性预计分配等10部分子功能模块。通过实际应用表明,该软件能够很好地完成电火花线切割机床在不同需求下的可靠性研究工作。
