Abstract: Because of the performance appraisal’s shortage for water resources carrying capacity，this paper presents a new method，which is based on BP neural network.Firstly，it sets up an index system of performance appraisal，and then designs the model of BP neural network according to the index system.Finally，it uses the Neural Network Toolbox（NNT） based on MATLAB to make network compute.Finally，this article presents a typical example.

摘要： 针对当前水资源承载力评价方法的不足，提出了基于BP神经网络的综合评价方法。构建了水资源承载力的评价模型和指标体系，描述了方法的应用过程，并通过MATLAB神经网络工具对其进行模拟计算。最后，给出了一个算例。
