基于AHP的供应链物流客户价值评估模型研究

Abstract: According to analyzing characteristics of customer value evaluating management in today’s Supply Chain Logistics(SCL),put forward a method of customer value evaluating using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and relevant customer value evaluating model is studied.Unite the geist and sense evaluating characteristics of AHP multi-object decision-making algorithm,the process of customer value evaluating about SCL is also studied,and constituted its application framework.At last,the evaluating model based on AHP is demonstrated by a SCL information management platform database in photo-electricity industry.

摘要: 通过分析现代供应链物流客户价值评估管理的特点,提出了利用层次分析法(AHP)来评估供应链物流的客户价值,研究了相应的客户价值评估模型。结合AHP多目标决策分析感性与理性两方面评估的特点研究了供应链物流客户价值的评估过程,并建立了评估系统的应用框架。最后,结合某光电行业供应链物流管理信息平台数据库对基于AHP的评估模型进行了实证。
