Abstract: It is necessary that stores user’s mobile telephone code and the user’s information is retrieved according to the mobile telephone code when the people want to process kinds of professional works in the many fields.Aiming of this situation，for improve system performance through increasing the speed of retrieval the user’s information，a high efficient method with which can quickly store and query data is proposed in this paper.This method named HSQM bases on the idea of the data compression of concept tree in the pretreatment of the data mining.It can not only save database expense but also greatly increase the system speed of retrieval.

摘要： 目前，在许多领域的业务中均需要存储用户的手机号码，并在随后的系统业务处理过程中通过手机号码对用户信息进行检索。针对这一现状，为了加快对用户信息的检索速度以提高系统性能，以数据挖掘预处理中基于概念树的数据浓缩思想为基础，提出了一种高效的存储查询方法：HSQM。该方法不仅可以节省数据库开销，而且还可以大大地提高系统的检索速度。
