基于蚁群聚类算法的大规模定制产品模块划分研究

Abstract: In order to solve the module partition problem for mass customization,the paper presents an approach based on ant colony clustering algorithm.The main foundation of module partition is according to the physical or functional correlation between component parts.A fuzzy relational matrix on relevance evaluation is established by the utilization of the characteristics value of component parts.Then module partition is achieved by the utilization of the ant colony clustering algorithm.Finally the effectiveness of the method is demonstrated with example.

摘要: 为了解决面向大规模定制生产中产品模块划分问题,提出了一种基于蚁群聚类算法的模块划分方法。以零件间在物理或功能上的相关度作为划分模块的主要依据,利用零件的指标特征值建立相关度评价模糊关系矩阵,然后应用蚁群聚类算法得到产品模块的划分方案,最后通过实例说明了该方法的有效性。
