Multi-objective optimization in equipment design based on NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm

基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法的装备研制多目标优化研究

Abstract: In order to improve martial and economic benefit of equipment,concept and method of multi-objective optimization are applied in designing and manufacturing.Based on the three models of time-quality time-cost cost-quality,setting cost and quality as main object,constructs a multi-objective optimization model,then calculates with NSGA-Ⅱ which is based on one kind of Pareto multi-objective Genetic Algorithms.It is applied to some detector design,MATLAB proves rationality of the model and validity of NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm.The result indicates that the convergence of NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm is better and the projects are abreast of the fact.The multi-objective optimization of design provides an efficient tool for military department to tradeoff time-cost-quality in decision-making.

摘要: 为提高装备军事效益和经济效益,在网络计划技术的基础上,以装备研制成本和质量为目标,结合工期-质量模型、工期-成本模型和成本-质量模型,建立了多目标综合优化模型。采用一种基于Pareto最优解的多目标遗传算法——NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解,以某探测器研制为例,运用该方法进行建模求解,经MATLAB计算,验证了模型的合理性和算法的有效性。结果表明NSGA-Ⅱ算法的收敛性好,通过它求得的非劣解与实际能较好地相符,为部队在各种武器装备方案论证阶段开展工期、成本和质量之间的权衡分析提供了一种有效工具。
