基于并行粒度进化计算的肝功能检测分析模型研究

Abstract: To support decision making for diagnosis based on the case data accumulated,which refers chiefly to the data in liver function test for instance,an analysis model is presented based on parallel granular evolutionary computing,which is calculated for dealing with the case data which is incomplete,voluminous,high-dimensional as well as low-dimensional.The model,which is of good parallelism,consists of group evolution and super-group evolution,and establishes a good base for comprehensive realization of the analysis system.

摘要: 为基于已有的病例数据向医生或院方提供有效的决策支持,以肝功能检测数据为例,针对这些数据的不完备性、海量性以及数据的高维和低维并存等特性,提出了基于并行粒度进化计算的数据分析模型。该模型是群(粒)进化和超群进化的有机统一,具有良好的并行性。这为下一步数据分析系统的全面实现奠定了良好的理论基础。
