Abstract: The paper introduces the application of CAN bus in the Hybrid Electric Vehicle, studies the CAN bus technique and the design based on the node of CAN bus. The network control architecture of electric vehicles based on CAN bus was constructed, in which regional autonomy, function distribution and hierarchy methods were adopted. Network control unit and in vehicle gateway were designed, and transmitting methods and properties of data in the network were discussed, and provides a network topology mode. The theories foundation and basis for new generation automotive are provided, which are combined to introduce the hardware constitutes and software method for the node of CAN bus. This architecture might reduce difficulties in installation and maintenance, improve the system reliability and real-time of manipulation, and obtain the reasonable distribution of energy.

摘要: 本文介绍了CAN总线在混合动力汽车中的应用,研究了CAN通信技术和基于CAN节点的设计,给出了网络结构模式, 并采用区域自治、功能分散和分层设计等方法,建立了基于CAN总线的混合动力汽车网络控制平台,为混合动力汽车设计了网络控制单元和内部网关,分析了网络中数据的特点和传输方法,设计了混合动力汽车CAN总线的应用层协议和每个节点的信息帧,介绍了CAN节点硬件的组成和软件的实现方法.为新一代汽车的控制提供了理论基础与依据。
