Abstract: The technology of 3D measurement for volume data from industrial computed tomography (ICT) plays important role not only for the non-destructive testing and evaluation of equipments in aeronautics and astronautics area, but also for the reverse Engineering (RE). This paper takes the ICT volume data to research the 3D measurement methods of geometrical size, such as spatial distance, spatial angle, plane area, curved-surface’s area and object’s volume. In order to obtain the actual size of configuration in products, the measured results are transferred from image space into physical space. This work also compares the measured results by this method and the real size of evaluating model. It shows that the method has the acceptable precision.

摘要: 基于工业CT扫描数据的三维测量技术无论是在航空航天等领域重要装备的质量检测与评价方面,还是在逆向工程等方面都具有重要作用。本文采用工业CT体数据,研究了三维图像空间的距离、角度、平面面积、曲面表面积、目标区域容积等几何参数的精确测量方法,并将图像空间的测量结果转换到物理空间,从而实现了产品内部结构几何尺寸的测量。论文结合某标准工件模型,通过实例比较了本文方法的测量结果和实际尺寸的差别,结果表明本文方法具有较高测量精度。
