Abstract: Abstract:In order to facilitate the communication and commercial cooperation between the design resources and the clients, a network supported system of industrial design has been designed. The functional model and work flow have been set up. Tender module manages the tender projects and related resources. Contract-management enables both sides to communicate commercially and to sign electric contract on line. Task-Management module supervises the schedule of implementation and submit of the task and guarantees the project be completed on time. A set of design tools is integrated to provide professional tools for user to employ on-line. A method of comprehensive fuzzy evaluation is used to realize the automatization of bidding evaluation. The feasibility and validity of the system are confirmed by implementing an instance.

摘要: 摘要:为使工业设计资源和客户之间能够进行快速的信息交流和商务合作,设计了一个面向工业设计的网络化支持系统。建立了系统的功能模型和工作流程,招投标管理模块负责双方招投标项目和招投标书等相关资源的管理,合同管理模块实现了双方在线洽谈和签订电子合同的功能,任务管理模块通过分阶段的任务提交管理保证了项目的按时完成。系统中集成了一个实用的设计工具集,提供专业化的工业设计工具供用户在线使用。在招投标管理中采用模糊综合评判方法实现了完全自动化评标模式,并通过运行实例验证了系统的可行性和有效性。
