Abstract: A kind of digital welding system controlled by microprocessor is discussed., which is consisted of the different functional units and get the feature of anti-interference and good expandability. The digital welding system can satisfied versatile welding purpose that achieved by the multiple feedback control via software. The design rule under the strong electromagnetic circumstance is given.

摘要： 本文研究一种基于微处理器控制的数字焊接系统，系统采用模块化设计，模块单元之间通过通信协议进行参数的传输和共享，通过模块之间的组合，通过软件可实现多种系统静外特性，满足不同焊接工艺的要求。系统具有良好的抗干扰性和可扩展性。针对逆变电源和高压脉冲引弧产生的强电磁干扰，本文提出了相应的可靠性设计方法。
