Abstract: The theory of rough sets is a new and effective mathematical theory used for processing incomplete,uncertain and vague data.The measure of rough set is one of important research contents in the theory of rough sets.This paper presents the concepts of upper rough measure,lower rough measure and rough measure,and gives their some properties.The upper rough measure,lower rough measure and rough measure provide new measure ways for the rough set．

摘要： 粗糙集理论是一种处理不精确、不确定与不完整数据的新型数学工具。粗糙集的度量是粗糙集理论研究的重要内容之一。提出了上粗糙测度、下粗糙测度与粗糙测度的概念,给出了它们的一些性质,为粗糙集合提供了一种新的度量方式。
