Abstract: Being the important resource of business enterprise,electronic documents must be flexibly and availably managed.So the document management system with virtual folder is developed.It adopts the Gozintograph as the data storage structure of virtual folder,and the tree structure as the sort form of document.By the multi-view of virtual folder,it meets the demand to sort the same file by different department and people.The pigeonhole algorithm to files is put forward.It pigeonhole files automatically or assistant.The subsystem of personal zone carries out to manage the document characteristic.In personal zone,by the mapping of virtual folder,the user can fast access the public document.By using the technique of ActiveX,the system sets up interface for access.It can convenient integrate to other application system.As main managed object,virtual folder intensifies the document management in regimentation,and provids the foundation for the implementation of the PDM system.

摘要： 以文档基本信息为主要管理对象,但类别提出了以虚拟文件夹为管理基础的文档管理系统。采用高津托图作为虚拟文件夹的数据存储结构,以树型结构作为文档分类的形式。构建了多重虚拟文件夹视图,满足了企业不同部门和人员对相同文件的不同分类的需要。提出了文件归档算法,利用该算法完成了文档的自动或辅助归档。在个人工作区中,实现了文档管理的个性化。通过虚拟文件夹的映射,实现了对公共文档进行快速访问。利用ActiveX技术,建立了系统接口,方便与其它应用系统的集成。通过以虚拟文件夹为主要管理对象的文档管理系统的实现,加强了文档分类管理机制,为PDM系统的实现提供了基础。
