Abstract: Technique of L2-trigger allows greater support for real-time services on a Mobile IPv4 network by minimizing the period of time when a Mobile Node is unable to send or receive IP packets due to the delay in the Mobile IP Registration process. But when to trigger L2-triggers is not clearly. In this paper, we’ll give a trigger method based on forecast of channel quality and qualify its validity by simulating.

摘要： 为了使移动IP可满足实时应用，有文献提出采用二层触发器的方法提前触发三层切换，但是却未能提出明确可行的触发方法，本文通过对移动节点切换过程中信道质量的变换的研究，提出了基于信道质量预测的触发方案，并且通过计算机仿真进行了验证。
