考虑外集卡等待时间的堆场空间分配研究

Abstract: In order to improve the stacking efficiency of imported containers, formulate a reasonable stacking strategy, and reduce the waiting time of foreign container trucks in the process of picking up containers as the optimization goal, a mathematical programming model for the space allocation of container terminals is constructed. Considering that the waiting time of external collection card includes the time of turning boxes and the time of horizontal movement of ASC. In this paper, simulation is used to simulate the turning process of the collection box, and on this basis, a simulation optimization algorithm is designed to solve the model. Finally, an example is given to compare the algorithm with PSO and ACO, which proves its effectiveness and advantages.

摘要: 为提高进口集装箱堆存效率,制定合理的堆存策略,以降低提箱过程中外集卡的等待时间为优化目标,构建了集装箱码头进口箱空间分配数学规划模型。考虑到外集卡等待时间包括翻箱时间和ASC水平移动时间,运用仿真模拟外集卡提箱的翻箱过程,并在此基础上设计仿真优化算法对模型进行求解。通过算例将该算法与粒子群算法、蚁群算法进行对比,证明了其有效性及优势。
