三维参数化零部件库建模方法研究

Abstract: The construction of the product parts library based on the parametric design technique is the beginning of achieving the mass customized design and rapid response design.On the basis of the UG NX software platform,various modeling methods of standard parts library are analyzed,the developing process based on the UG/Open is introduced,and the definition and implemented method of the hierarchy parameterized modeling based on the main model technology and top-down assembling method are discussed in detail.As a result,an example of tool library is developed to satisfy the demand of rapid response design system of NC machine.

摘要: 基于参数化建模技术构建企业产品数据库,是实现大规模定制设计和快速响应设计的基础。以UG软件为开发平台,分析软件提供的多种标准件建库方法,给出了基于UG零部件库二次开发的基本流程,提出基于UG的层次性参数化建模方法,利用主模型和自顶向下的方法实现零部件的参数化建模,并给出了其实现方法。结合数控机床快速响应设计系统中刀具库设计开发的工作流程,给出了刀具库的应用开发实例。
