Design of stimulator based on audio-visual feedback

听视觉反馈式电刺激仪的设计

Abstract: In order to improve the conventional stimulator with non-standard parameters and poor efficacy using the passive mode of the treatment,the stimulator employing an audio-visual feedback is developed based on the microprocessor technology.With the reminder of both voice and visualization signal,trainers can take the initiative to participate in training and try his best to generate a weak electromyographic signal.The real-time monitoring and regulating function for the stimulating current is innovatively achieved.Through the above function,it’s easy for doctors to set up the stimulating intensity according to different patients.In the newly designed stimulator,programmable interactive way using touch-screen is employed so that the treatment parameters can be accurately quantified and set up.The test shows that treatment parameters have achieved stepless adjustment,display and accurately quantification.It’s beneficial to contrast the efficacy under different parameters and improve the accuracy and repeatability of the stimulator.

摘要: 为了改善常规电刺激治疗仪刺激参数不规范、采用被动治疗模式疗效不佳等缺陷,设计开发了以微处理器为核心的听视觉生物反馈式功能性电刺激仪。借助语音信号和可视化信号提示,促使训练者能主动参与训练;创新地实现了刺激电流实时监测和调节功能,便于医生根据患者病情设置刺激强度;采用可编程式触摸屏人机交互方式,使治疗参数准确量化。通过测试可知:该仪器实现了刺激参数的无级调节、显示和量化,有利于不同参数下的疗效评价对照,提高了电刺激的准确性和可重复性。
