System dynamics analysis of body function monitoring in training

运动训练机能监控的系统动力学分析

Abstract: In the present study on body function monitoring in training,changes of physiological and biochemical indexes are used in body function monitoring in training.But the approach has serious shortcomings:It cannot systematically analyze influential factors and feedback relationships of these influential factors in body function monitoring of training.According to the principle and method of system dynamics,the system dynamics model of body function monitoring with body function level,training quantity and body resume as dynamical mechanism is constructed.Finally,taking body function monitoring for Chinese badminton athletes for instance,the athletes’ body function level changes are simulated with two parameters.Simulation results show that the first program is a scientific training method for badminton athletes.

摘要:

在目前的运动训练机能监控研究中,常采用生理生化指标的变化来对运动训练机能监控,但该方法存在很大不足:不能系统分析运动训练监控中机能变化的影响因素及各个因素之间反馈关系。利用系统动力学的基本原理和方法,构建了以运动员机能、训练和恢复3个要素为动力机制的运动训练机能监控系统动力学模型。并以国家羽毛球队运动训练机能监控为例,通过两种调控参量方案对其机能监控变化进行仿真,结果发现方案一是羽毛球运动员运动训练所需要的一种科学的训练方案。
