Material Andon system design of automotive manufacturing industry production logistics

汽车制造业生产物流物料按灯系统设计

Abstract: Mixed car lean product mode can effectively manage bill of material,feeding,and lack of each car at a workshop section through material pulling in order to alarm lack of material and send right number material at right time.According to the difficult problem of material on-line management,the paper provides different materials on-line mode including direct on-line,large boxes changed into small boxes,feeding,sort supply and set supply.Then it designs material Andon system of product material online comprised of business process design,hardware and software requirement,which covers buffer warehouse inside automotive makers and the third storage outside and JIT suppliers.Finally,a case of one automotive maker is provided to illustrate the system can effectively solve the problem such as spareparts storage high or low,logistics process risk control not enough,lack of real information of material status and low efficiency of workers.It is useful to optimize automotive logistics.

摘要: 混流轿车精益生产方式通过物料拉动,及时产生缺料预警,在恰当的时间发送恰当数量的物料,有效管理每台车在每个工段的物料清单、发料、缺料情况。针对混流生产物料上线管理的难题,提出物料上线的直接上线、大箱换小箱、补料、排序及台套等方式,并设计生产线物料上线要货按灯系统,包括流程设计、硬件和软件需求,功能范围覆盖内库缓冲区、外库和直送供应商。最后通过某汽车厂生产线物流按灯系统的应用说明该系统能够有效解决零部件库存过高或过低、物流过程风险控制力度不够、物流信息缺少实时跟踪和车间工作人员效率低下等问题,为汽车生产物流的优化提供依据。
