改进的W-A、W-O+W-A自适应互连诊断算法

Abstract: To study the diagnostic problem of W-A and W-O+W-A interconnect fault of PCB(Printed Circuit Board),modified boundary scan interconnect diagnosis algorithms for W-A and W-O+W-A are put forward.These algorithms take the research experience of modified W-O adaptive algorithm as example,apply modified W-A anti-aliasing algorithm and walking zero sequence,test sequence with both W-O and W-A diagonal independence,modified adaptive algorithms W-A and W-O+W-A are gained.

摘要: 针对电路板线与(W-A)以及线或和线与(W-O+W-A)共存的互连故障诊断问题,提出了针对W-A和W-O+W-A的改进的边界扫描自适应互连诊断算法。借鉴改进的W-O自适应算法研究经验,由改进的W-A抗误判算法+移位“0”序列得到改进的W-A自适应算法;采用同时具备W-O和W-A对角独立性的测试序列得到W-O+W-A的改进的自适应算法。
