一种新的模糊信道质量信息反馈机制

Abstract: Channel quality information feedback is required for efficient and effective wireless resource management,resulting in much control overhead.A novel Relative Scope Offset Feedback scheme(RSOF) is proposed for wireless resource management strategies based on fuzzy logic.The fading range of wireless channel is partitioned into nonoverlapping and consecutive intervals in RSOF.Feedback is invoked only when the state transition between fading intervals happens,where one bit information representing interval transition is just transmitted.Theory analysis and simulation results show that feedback chance and number of bits are reduced greatly in RSOF,and the performance of fuzzy logic based wireless resource management schemes are guaranteed as well.

摘要: 无线资源管理需要用户站向基站反馈信道质量信息,带来控制开销问题。提出一种用于模糊无线资源管理的衰落范围相对变化的信道信息反馈机制(RSOF),其主要思想是:信道衰落范围分为几个子区域,当信道衰落在同一子区域内变化时不反馈信道质量信息;只有当信道衰落发生子区域间变化时,用户站才向基站反馈信道质量信息,并且只反馈子区域间的相对变化情况。理论分析和数值结果表明,RSOF机制能显著减少信道信息反馈量,并且不影响模糊资源管理的性能。
