Abstract: Realistic synthesis of infrared ground background can be found many applications in the field of military,remote sensing detection,aerospace,etc.This paper presents a novel method for realistic generation of infrared ground background based on visual images.First,the areas with different materials is selected interactively such as ground,road,river,etc.Then the process of heat transfer is simulated based on physical theory and a database of properties of different materials.At last,the infrared ground background is rendered realistically.Some experiments show that this method is very satisfactory.

摘要: 红外地面背景的真实感生成在军事国防、遥感探测、航空航天等许多领域中具有重要的应用价值。提出了一种基于可见光图像的红外地面纹理真实感生成的新方法。首先,基于可见光图像交互指定不同的材质区域如地面、马路、河流等,再根据传热学原理及不同材质的属性数据库模拟不同区域的热物理过程。最后,对红外地面纹理进行了真实感绘制。通过设定不同的环境参数,用户可以将一幅可见光地面图像转化生成不同时刻、不同环境条件下的较为逼真的红外地面图像。
