Abstract: The spatial relation reasoning has wide applications in the geographic information systems，spatial data mining，pattern recognition，robotics，expert system，graphics and image processing and natural language understanding.In the recent years，research about the spatial relation reasoning have obtained some research achievements at home and abroad，this paper introduces in detail the research achievements and has the analysis and comparison about the work.Furthermore，this paper discusses the research emphasis and difficulty in the future.

摘要： 空间关系推理在地理信息系统、空间数据挖掘、模式识别、机器人学、专家系统、图形与图像处理和自然语言理解等方面具有广泛的应用。近年来，国内外专家对空间关系推理进行了大量的研究，取得了一系列的研究成果。介绍了国内外在空间关系推理方面的研究方法和研究成果，并且进行了比较和分析，概括了已有方法的特点和不足，讨论了该领域未来的研究重点和难点。
