Research and implementation on accurate measurement of battery capacity

电池电量精确测量方法的研究与实现

Abstract: With the development of the battery usage,the accurate measurement of battery capacity is getting more and more important.This paper firstly discusses the disadvantage of the current measurement solution,then it also takes many factors which can affect the measurement of battery capacity into account mainly based on the Ampere Hours counting.According to different states of battery to adjust the weighting of these factors,this paper presents a new solution for battery capacity measurement after the voltage and current solution are combined and the temperature compensation is involved.This solution has been implemented to the application engineering projects with more data of experiment and application engineering to verify its usefulness.The precision of battery capacity measurement is controlled within 1%,and the solution is feasible for accurate measurement of battery capacity.

摘要: 随着电池应用的不断发展,电池电量的精确测量变得越来越重要。首先论述了当前电池电量测量方法的不足,基于安时计量,综合考虑影响电池电量测量的多种因素,并根据电池不同状态调节各影响因素的权重,结合电流法和电压法并带温度校正,提出了一种新的电池剩余电量综合测量方法。实验和实际工程数据验证了该方法的有效性,该测量方法已经在实际工程项目中实现并得到应用,测量精度可以控制在1%以内,真正实现了电池电量的精确测量。
