区间最小能量小波框架的图像去噪研究

Abstract: Signal denoising based on wavelet transform is an effective method.Recently,many different schemes of wavelet signal denoising are proposed.In order to improve the visual quality of the denoised signal,a new signal denoising method based on interval minimum-energy wavelet frame is proposed in this paper.Minimum-energy interval wavelet frames not only have more design freedom,symmetry and/or anti-symmetry,compact supports,good time-frequency localized representations and shift-invariance,but also can solve the edging problem.Using the redundant minimum-energy interval wavelet frame,the extending of the signal on the edge is avoid,and the accuracy of reconstruction is enhanced obviously.The results show that the interval wavelet frame is more effective than the non-interval wavelet frame in the application of signal denoising.

摘要: 小波域信号去噪是信号处理中一个引人注目的研究方向,恰当选择小波函数使去噪效果最佳更是具有实际应用价值的研究课题,为了提高图像的降噪效果,提出一种基于区间最小能量小波框架的图像去噪方法。区间最小能量小波框架具有紧支、对称/反对称性、时频局部化特性以及平移不变性,克服了正交小波在信号去噪中的不足;同时,由于进行了区间化,成功避免了小波分解过程中对边界图像的延拓,边界问题得以有效解决,使重构精度得到了显著提高。实验表明,区间最小能量小波框架去噪效果比非区间小波框架去噪效果更好。
