主动视觉技术在精密测量中的应用研究

Abstract: In this paper,precise detection technology based on the (machinery) active vision has been discussed deeply.First,Canny edge monitor is used for the rough edge position,and then the sub-pixel description of the components edge is achieved by the second surface fitting of the edge,then the precise edge is obtained.Second,the model of automatic edge tracing based on array image is established.Automatic edge date join is achieved.It resolves the contradiction between high precise measurement and small field.Because of telecentric lens,the measurement error which caused by processing error of the components,positioning error and moving error of the camera is reduced,it is a successful application of active vision in precise detection.

摘要: 对(机器)主动视觉技术在精密测量中的应用进行了深入地探讨。首先,利用Canny边缘监测器对零件边缘进行粗定位,再利用二次曲面拟合实现零件边缘的亚像素精确描述,提取零件的精确轮廓;其次,针对大型零件建立了基于面阵图像传感器的边缘自动跟踪模型,实现了图像的自动拼接与数据缝合,有效地解决了高精度与小视场之间的矛盾;采用物方远心镜头,减小了零件高度方向上的加工误差、定位误差以及摄像头运动误差对测量的影响,是主动视觉在精密觉检测中的一次成功应用。
