Abstract: Aiming at the conflict of case matching，a new method of case matching based on importing probability is proposed，and a complete theory is given　which is about the deciding and importing of probability，the calculating of final similarity assessment.First，it filters case by judging the value.Then it imports probability which can change the final similarity by influence factor.At last，it calculates and compares the final similarity assessment to get the optimal case.Calculating result indicates that it improves time，effect and accuracy of case matching.

摘要： 针对范例匹配中的冲突问题，提出了基于引入概率的一种范例匹配新方法，并给出了概率确定、引入以及最终相似度计算的完整理论。首先采用阀值判断过滤范例；然后在模型中引入概率，并通过调整影响因子来改变引入概率对最终相似度的影响；最后计算比较最终相似度得出最优相似范例。实例证明，该方法提高了范例匹配的时效性和准确性。
