医疗信息系统体系结构与组织符号学需求建模

Abstract: In order to improve the quality of healthcare services,the integrated large-scale medical information system is needed to adapt to the changing medical environment.In this paper,a requirement driven architecture of healthcare information system with hierarchical architecture is proposed.It operates through the mapping mechanism between these layers and thus can organize functions dynamically adapting to user’s requirement.Furthermore,the organizational semiotics methods are indroduced to capture and analyze user’s requirement through ontology chart and norms.Based on these results,the structure of user’s requirement pattern(URP) is established as the driven factor of our system.This research makes a contribution to design architecture of healthcare system which can adapt to the changing medical environment.

摘要: 为了提高医疗服务质量,医疗领域需要大规模集成的医疗信息系统来适应不断变化的环境需求。提出了层次结构的需求驱动自适应医疗信息系统体系结构框架。该结构通过层间映射机制根据用户的需求动态地组织系统的功能。同时重点研究了采用组织符号学理论方法,运用本体图和规范捕获并分析用户的需求,并在该基础上建立了用户需求模式的结构,用户需求模式将作为整个系统运行的驱动因素。将成果方法应用于“区域协同医疗服务示范工程”进行实证研究,为行业信息系统建设提供理论、方法和标准规范方面的指导。
