图像融合在微体古生物分析领域的研究与应用

Abstract: An image fusion method based on HSI transform and Laplace decomposition is proposed for multi-focus micropaleontology image fusion.Firstly images to be fused are transformed into HSI,then the I component is decomposed by using Laplacian.The high-frequency and low-frequency images are fused respectively based on Robert grads and region weighted average.Last the fused image is obtained by inversing HSI transformation.The fusion structure is also considered during the process.The experimental results show that the proposed method is not only efficient,but also superior to the other methods mentioned in this paper according to some image evaluating standards.

摘要: 针对多聚焦微体古生物图像的融合,提出了基于HSI变换和Laplace分解的融合方法。首先对待融合的图像进行HSI变换,用Laplace算子对图像的I分量进行多级分解,分解后的低频分量和高频分量分别采用基于Robert梯度和区域加权均值的融合规则进行融合,最后再进行HSI反变换得到融合图像。在融合过程中,同时考虑了融合结构的影响。实验结果表明,该方法不但高效,而且根据多种图像评价标准,融合图像均优于文中提到的其他方法。
