Abstract: Referring an ongoing CIMS project，enterprises group requirements for distribute data environment are expressed，a distribute data environment architecture structure for enterprises group CIMS is presented.Through researching distribute data environment key question-data model，a new distribute data warehouse model for enterprises group is provided based on originally data warehouse model.Finally，CIMS data environment architecture for a iron & steel enerprises group is provided，and implement strategy and some key techniques of the construction of distribute data environment are discussed.

摘要： 结合某企业CIMS工程项目，研究了企业集团对分布式数据环境的需求，给出了面向CIMS的企业集团分布式数据环境的体系结构，讨论了分布式数据环境建设核心问题——数据建模，在原有数据仓库建模的基础上，提出了一种新的面向企业集团的分布式数据仓库模型，最后给出了某钢铁企业集团CIMS数据环境应用框架，并总结了分布式数据环境的实施策略和关键技术。
