改进的指纹图像方向图求取方法

Abstract: In order to enhance the accuracy of the fingerprint image orientation field,an improved method based on traditional fingerprint image orientation field computing algorithm-discrete orientation sampling method is proposed.On the foundation of the original sampling template,it comprehensive considers dates of all layers outside of the central pixel,and gives the improved sampling template.The experimental result indicates that the orientation field of fingerprint from the article method is more accurate than the traditional discrete orientation sampling method and the gray gradient method.

摘要: 为提高指纹图像方向图的准确性,提出了一种传统的指纹图像方向图求取算法-离散方向采样法的改进方法。该方法在原有采样模板的基础上,综合考虑中心像素点外的各层数据,给出了改进的采样模板。实验结果表明该方法比传统的离散方向采样法和灰度梯度法得到的指纹图像方向图更加准确。
