基因序列Z曲线的生成和显示

Abstract: DNA gene sequences are the carriers of biologic genetic information.Z curves of gene sequences can change character sequences into visual geometrical curves.The comprehensive capability of brain in vision can improve the efficiency and accuracy of judging genetic sequences.In order to observe the entire features of genetic sequences conveniently,a contained box sampling method based on point sequences is adopted to produce sequences of different densities point set.Multi-resolution Z curves are fitted by non-uniform B spline and projected onto XOYYOZ and XOZ planes.These curves are convenient to analyzing and comparing genetic sequences.

摘要: DNA序列是生物遗传信息的载体。基因序列的Z曲线可以将字符表示的基因序列转换为直观的空间曲线,利用人脑对图形图像的理解能力,提高基因序列判别的效率和准确度。为方便观察基因序列的整体特性,采用基于点序的包围盒采样方法生成不同密度的序列点集,用非均匀B样条拟合Z曲线,得到空间Z曲线及其在XOYYOZXOZ三个面上的二维投影,为基因序列的分析、对比提供直观方便的工具。
