基于启发式约简和DEA的油田供应链绩效决策

Abstract: By using the theory and method of rough set,which discretizes the performance index of oil supply chain enterprise,designs decision-making table and establishes the method of heuristic attribute reduction,the performance index system is optimized.Then,by use of the DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) model,the state of 26 year input-output is analyzed,the cause of bad performance is found,and the management information of adjusting input-output is brought forward.In addition to,the imperfection of performance index system and irrationality of statistical data are analyzed.

摘要: 通过使用粗糙集的理论和方法,对某油田供应链企业的绩效指标离散化、设计决策表、进行启发式属性约简,对其绩效指标体系进行优化。然后利用度量决策单元相对有效性的DEA模型,对其26年的投入产出情况进行了研究,分析了绩效不佳年份造成的原因,提出了改善油田供应链投入产出指标如何调整的管理信息。与此同时,对经济效益指标体系的不完善性和统计数据的不合理性等进行了分析。
